Hands-On Movie Experience! The Amazing Trail Sled Simulator will immerse you in a 1st person Experience that gives riders a chance to feel everything that mushers do on the trail... (except for the frostbite!) Take a Virtual Hot Air Balloon Ride and check out sweeping vistas of Anchorage and the surrounding mountain ranges in our transparent bottomed balloon basket ride... Our Fish-On Fishing Simulator will give you a chance to test your angling skills as you go toe-to-toe with and try to land an Alaskan King Salmon... The Interactive Musher Experience will allow you to hear about tales from the trail as you pick from your favorite and most storied mushers!	Main Theater: The Amazing Trail - Showing on the half hour The Serum Run pre-show highlights the rush to Nome during the 1925 diptheria epidemic. Re-live the story of how 20 hearty mushers and their dogs persevered through the harshest conditions Alaska could offer and saved untold lives in Nome... Hear from Joe Redington, the father of the annual race to Nome, and how his love of dog sledding helped revive a dying sport and make it an event known throughout the world... Our Feature Presentation, “The Amazing Trail” shows the true spirit that is intricately entwined with the mushers and dogs as they take on the annual race from Anchorage to Nome. Our Surround Sense Theater Experience features snow storms, ice fog, butt kicker seats and the aurora borealis!
